This page explains what we do with your information. We wrote it simply, and in your language, because information you cannot read does not protect you.
What we keep
Your WhatsApp phone number.
The content of your messages, and our assistant’s replies.
Your first name and email, only if you give them to us.
We do not download or keep the photos and documents you send. They are not read.
Your voice messages are different: they are transcribed into text by ElevenLabs so that we can understand them. The audio recording is not kept on our side — its deletion at ElevenLabs is not yet guaranteed in writing, see below. The transcribed text is kept for 180 days, like your other messages.
On this website, if you join the waitlist: your email, your first name and language if you give them, and what you asked for (the opening of the plans, or an expert who speaks your language).
The questions you type to the website assistant are sent to Anthropic to get the answer. We do not record them — unless you ask the assistant to add you to the waitlist or to book an appointment, and you agree.
We measure the website’s audience with Vercel, without cookies: anonymous figures (pages viewed, website speed). They are never used for advertising, or to know what you do on other websites.
Why, and on what basis
To answer you and support you with your paperwork — that is the service you ask us for (GDPR article 6.1.b).
To check that our assistant is not giving you wrong information, and to detect misuse of the service (legitimate interest, article 6.1.f).
We never use your conversations to train artificial intelligence. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.
We have asked our providers not to use them either, and switched that option off everywhere it exists. For ElevenLabs, which transcribes voice messages, we are still waiting for their written confirmation — we would rather tell you than claim otherwise.
Waitlist: to tell you about what you asked for, and nothing else. Basis: your consent (article 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time, in one sentence: we then delete your registration.
A human may read your conversation
You are talking to an automated assistant. But an authorised member of the Raizane team may read your exchanges, for two reasons: to check that the answer you were given is correct, and to spot misuse.
We do this selectively — not by reading everything that comes in. Our full reasoning is written down and kept.
Why we tell you: because you could not have guessed it, and a service that hides this from you does not deserve your trust.
You can object
Simply write to us: “I do not want my messages to be read”, on WhatsApp or by email. No procedure, no form, no justification (GDPR article 21).
Your messages will then stop being shown to our team.
This changes nothing about your service: the assistant keeps answering you exactly the same way, and you keep the same access to a human.
One reservation, and we prefer to tell you: if serious misuse is suspected, the law still allows us to examine the conversation concerned.
Who receives your information
We sell your data to no one. It passes through the providers that make the service work:
Meta (WhatsApp) — carries your messages. Outside the European Union.
Anthropic — provides the artificial intelligence that writes the replies. Receives the content of your messages. Outside the European Union.
Supabase — stores the data. Servers in Paris, in the European Union.
Vercel — hosts the website and measures its audience, without cookies. Outside the European Union.
Google — only if you book an appointment: your name, email and time slot. Outside the European Union.
ElevenLabs — transcribes your voice messages and reads our replies aloud. It therefore receives your voice and the text of our replies. We keep no recording on our side; deletion on ElevenLabs’ side is not yet guaranteed in writing, and we have asked them for it. Outside the European Union.
For providers outside the European Union, we frame transfers with the contractual clauses required by European rules. This work is under way and we do not claim it is finished.
How long we keep it
Your conversations are kept for 180 days, then deleted.
Your waitlist registration, or a contact left so we can call you back: up to 3 years, then deleted. An appointment you booked: 3 years, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to limit its use, to object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. If you gave us your consent (waitlist), you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to us on WhatsApp or at qrahmani@raizane.com. One sentence is enough, in your language.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
